Power of attorney for CSSA services and forms

The Employer, Self-employed, or Insured can use a form to issue a power of attorney for all acts, services and forms, or only for selected CSSA services and forms.

After sending, the completed form will be registered in the electronic file service, and the relevant DSSA will then record the defined authorisation in the CSSA system.

Please note that for clients logged in to the ePortal, an Administration of Power of Attorney function is available, in which you can directly enter, cancel or modify the scope of a Power of Attorney.

Power of attorney can be granted for all/selected submissions and other actions in respect of the DSSA/CSSA. However, the granted authorization does not apply to the authorization to take actions within the scope of any administrative or other proceedings, as a result of which a decision is issued.

Please note that for the authorization of a natural person for ePortal online services intended for employers or the self-employed, authorization for data boxes is not sufficient. A natural person must be authorized through the Administration of Powers of Attorney or this form (or it is possible to present an already issued power of attorney).
