CSSA ePortal

The CSSA ePortal offers on-line services, thanks to which CSSA clients can communicate more quickly and easily with the Czech Social Security Administration and district social security administrations. So far, only certain services are available in English.

ePortal services

  • In English
  • In Czech:

Services for the insured

Services for employers

Interactive forms and eSubmissions are available, which allow:

  • completion without logging into the CSSA ePortal (most services), or
  • completion with automatic loading of data (most services) – a condition for this is to log in to the CSSA ePortal, or
  • communication online only, with automatic data loading (e.g. the ZDOL, OLA applications) – a condition for this is to log in to the CSSA ePortal.

Options for logging into the CSSA ePortal

Separate registration for the CSSA is not required, resources in use in public administration in the Czech Republic are used.

To log in and access the online services of the CSSA ePortal, you can use identification either via the authentication service of the Public Administration Portal, i.e. the access interface of the Data Box Information System, or via  the National Identity Authority (NIA), through the Citizen Identity portal  (electronic identity card, NIA user account or CA identification certificate I). These verified log-in options ensure that only data relevant to a specific person are provided.

Information on foreigners' options for obtaining an electronic identity in the Czech Republic are listed on the Citizen Identity portal. As a foreigner, you can use one of two options:

  • A natural person’s [individual’s] data box, or
  • The NIA ID identity method (Username, Password, SMS).

In the case of foreigners within the EU, the rules for logging in via international ID gateway apply; (under the eIDAS regulation).
