Application of a person living outside the territory of the Czech Republic for the payment of a Czech pension by remittance to an account

With this form clients who live permanently outside the Czech Republic request payment of their pension to an account abroad or to an account in the Czech Republic. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 116(3) of Act No 582/1991, a condition for the payment of a pension abroad is the prior sending of a Living Certificate for the beneficiary. This applies similarly if this client's pension is paid to an account in the Czech Republic.

The form can be submitted in writing or via the data box of the CSSA headquarters.
