Online application for Informative personal record of pension insurance

The service allows a request to be submitted for the processing of an informative personal record of pension insurance, the so-called informative record. The informative record contains an overview of the periods of pension insurance (employment), or assimilated periods of insurance, stored in the records of the CSSA, and for the period from 1986 it also contains an overview of assessment bases and excluded periods. You have the right to the processing of an informative record once per calendar year.

The informative personal record of pension insurance will be available for viewing via the service Overview of the Informative Personal Record of Pension Insurance, or it will be sent to a data box if it is specified when submitting the request. The informative record will be processed within 90 days from the date of delivery of the request.

I have already requested the processing of an informative record, but it has not yet been sent to me

The informative record will be processed by CSSA within 90 days from the date of delivery of the request (Article 40a of Act No. 582/1991 Coll., on the organisation and implementation of social security). After logging in, you may track the status of processing of your application under the My Submission option.

I don’t have a Czech birth number

If you are a foreigner, you must apply to the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic to be assigned a Czech birth number. If you are temporarily assigned a Czech registration number of the insured person, under which you are registered with CSSA, you can use it for contact with CSSA instead of your Czech birth number.
