Online application for determination of legislation applicable for an employee (to be filled by an employer)
This service may be used by an employee or their employer to request the determination of the applicable social security legislation and issue a confirmation, i.e., form A1 in the case of European coordination regulations or a bilateral form/confirmation in the case of an international social security agreement.
This service is also intended for situations where the employee is simultaneously self-employed.
