List of employees participating in insurance

The service provides a list of employees for whom the CSSA registers open insurance relationships for all wage departments (a selected wage department) as of the current date. It is also possible to search for information only about a specific employee or a specific open insurance relationship.

If the output of the service has more than 500 records, it is possible to have it sent in CSV format to the selected e-mail address (after sending the request, the CSV output is available either by using the link in the sent notification or in the My Documents section - drop-down menu by the Company ID number/forenames and family names in the upper right part of the ePortal).

The service provides the following information:
- information about the employer, a list of open insurance relationships (family name, forename, Czech birth number /Czech registration number of the insured person, variable symbol, beginning of the insurance relationship, type of activity - code and verbal description, indication of whether it is small-scale employment, and the identifier under which the insurance relationship is registered in the CSSA register)
Insurance relationship means employment performed under conditions establishing participation in sickness insurance.
The creation and cessation of employee sickness insurance is governed by the Act on Sickness Insurance (Article 10 of Act No. 187/2006 Coll.).

The phone number +420 257 066 077 is available to clients calling from abroad (calls from a fixed or mobile network are charged to the caller according to the tariff and valid price list of their operator).
