List of employees

The service provides a list of employees with active or terminated contribution to the social security at the current date for all or the chosen wage department.

In some cases there could be present information about employments without contribution to the social security (see below).

You can search for all or particular employee with active or terminated contribution to the social security.

The outputs with more than 500 records could be generated in CSV format and downloaded or sent to your e-mail address. You can access the file from the notification or within My Documents section (the drop down menu next to the IČO – Company’s ID number / your name in the upper right of the ePortal).

The service provides information about:
- Employer, a list of active or terminated contributions to the social security as well as selected employment relations (forename, surname, Czech birth number, variable number, the termination of the contribution to social security, employment type (with its code and description, if applicable the indication of small-scale employment relations and ID number in the CSSA’s register).
The contribution to social security means employment relations that meet the conditions to be eligible for sickness insurance,
CSSA’s register contains data about all agreements to complete the job (DPP) even when they are not eligible to the contribution and employees registered according to the art. § 136 par. 3 act n. 435/2004, zákona o zaměstnanosti, ve znění pozdějších předpisů: Foreign employees, with temporary protection according to the specific legislation, that have employment contract, or agreement to perform work (DPČ), which is small-scale according to the Act 187/2006 Coll., zákon o nemocenském pojištění, ve znění pozdějších předpisů,
