List of employees
The service provides a list of employees with active or terminated registrations. A search can be performed for all wage departments or just one selected department. Search for active registrations as of today, to search for a specific period, select both active and terminated employee registrations. If the service output contains more than 500 records, the email address to which the CSV download link will be sent must be provided. The same procedure applies if the search includes terminated insurance relations as well.
After submitting the request, the CSV file will be available via the link in the notification email or in the 'My Documents' section of the ePortal, in the drop-down menu next to the company ID number / first and last names in the top-right corner.
The CSV output is intended solely for uploading data to the employer's payroll system, and no modifications are required for this purpose. For other uses, however, the cell format must be adjusted.
The service also allows exporting data in XML format, which is intended for direct import into HR systems.
- The service provides information about:
- Employer information, a list of active and terminated employment registrations (last name, first name, birth number/ insured person's registration number, variable symbol, commencement and termination dates of employment, type of activity - code and verbal description, detailed job description – code and verbal description, whether it is a small-scale employment, personal identification number and employment identifier – this information is required when submitting the Single Monthly Employer Report (JMHZ).
