List of employees

The service provides a list of employees with active or terminated registrations at the current date for all or the chosen wage department.

You can search for all or particular employee with active or terminated registration.

The outputs with more than 500 records could be generated in CSV format and downloaded or sent to your e-mail address. You can access the file from the notification or within My Documents section (the drop down menu next to the IČO – Company’s ID number / your name in the upper right of the ePortal).

The service also allows exporting data in XML format, which is intended for direct import into HR systems.

  1. The service provides information about:
    • Employer, a list of active or terminated registrations (forename, surname, Czech birth number, variable number, the termination of employment, employment type (with its code and description, if applicable the indication of small-scale employment relations and ID number in the CSSA’s register).

The reason due to incorrect input data. Restart the service with the correct data. The input data could be incorrect. Check your data and restart the service.
