Accessibility statement

Box - Obsah

CSSA undertakes to make its website accessible pursuant to Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and on the amendment of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and on the amendment of certain other laws, in wording of later regulations implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

This accessibility statement applies to the websites www.cssz.cz/web/lang?lang=en and eportal.cssz.cz/web/portal-en.

Compliance status

These websites are partially in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and on the amendment of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended, due to the exceptions given below.

Inaccessible content

Some documents from external sources or older files that were created before the regulations came into effect may not meet all the required requirements and may be inaccessible. Some older photos or photo albums in the photo galleries lack an alternative text description. Some videos embedded directly on the website may lack subtitles. These deficiencies will not be brought into compliance with the law and accessibility rules due to an unreasonable burden, in the sense of Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102

Recommended configuration

Minimal hardware requirements

The minimum hardware requirements are met by an ordinary office computer or laptop with an Internet connection, which also meets the other requirements listed below.

Minimum internet connection

At least an ADSL connection with a speed of 1024/256 kb/s is recommended.

Operating systems and web browsers

The following operating systems and web browsers enable optimal display and work with printed forms and ePortal services:

  • MS Windows 10 and higher
    • Edge current version
    • Google Chrome current version
    • Mozilla Firefox and ESR current version
  • Mac OS X 10.12 - Sierra and higher
    • Safari current version
  • Linux OS
    • Mozilla Firefox and ESR current version

Full support cannot be guaranteed for combinations of operating systems and web browsers not listed.

As of 8 January 2018, only TLS version 1.2 is supported. It is therefore not possible to communicate with the ePortal from PCs equipped with MS Windows versions Vista, XP and older due to the fact that these operating systems are not compatible with the TLS 1.2 protocol. In MS Windows 8 and MS Windows 10 operating systems, we recommend verifying the TLS 1.2 protocol support settings using the procedure described in the attachment.

Additional software requirements

To view print reports, you must have the Adobe Reader version 9.0 or higher installed, which can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe website.

To work with interactive forms, it is necessary to allow the Internet browser to install add-ons on PCs and laptops:

These add-ons provide functionality for sending forms with an electronic signature. Installation of the add-on is offered automatically when the form is opened for the first time or when a newer version is detected.

Mobile devices

The CSSA ePortal services are also available on mobile devices that contain one of the supported web browsers.

To use and fill in the interactive forms on tablets or smartphones, the FormApps Mobile application needs to be downloaded. The FormApps Mobile application provides functionality for sending forms with an electronic signature or via a data box. The application is available for free in the App Store and Google Play.

Supported mobile operating systems:

  • Android from version 11
  • iOS from version 12.3

Security

The CSSA portal and the ePortal of CSSA as internet applications use a secure connection through a security certificate issued by the GeoTrust certification authority
